Legal Case Battery

Lawrence District Court #09-5674. The prosecution alleged that on 8 October 2009, the accused went to his ex-wife`s home to deliver her child. Annoyed by the fact that the defendant was late for filing, the plaintiff began verbally attacking our client. She said he then became verbally abusive and threatening. The accused then drove away in his car, pushing the woman aside. There was a history of allegations of domestic violence in between. Today, our office was able to pursue the matter undetected. If the defendant remains free of legal problems for the following year, the action will be dismissed. Boston City Court: Prosecutors alleged that members of the Boston Police Department received a call from a security guard at a local posh hotel on March 18, 2012. When police arrived, they found the complainant witness, a forty-one-year-old woman bleeding from her mouth.

The woman told police that she confronted her husband with infidelity, then hit her in the mouth several times and began choking him. The woman was treated at a Boston hospital, where she received stitches on her lip. The accused was arrested on his way home on a nearby highway. Today, lawyer Stephen Neyman has been hired to defend the man. Today, we managed to dismiss the complaint. The defendant is a nurse in a well-known Massachusetts. In May 2020, police in a Boston suburb responded to a call where the caller hung up. They came to find the accused, very angry and claimed that the police were not needed. When they sensed something was wrong, the officers insisted on questioning them.

The respondent admitted to feeling stress as a result of the recent quarantine orders. She also explained that she and her boyfriend had struggled in their relationship. Officers observed school-aged children in the home and interviewed them separately from the accused. Her interrogation revealed that the accused, her mother, had physically assaulted her. The accused`s friend confirmed the children`s reports. The police arrested our client and charged her with assault and assault under G.L. 265, Section 13A. Attorney Stephen Neyman has been hired to represent the accused. Today, a conditional sentence was imposed under section 87 of chapter 276 of the G.L. All charges will soon be dismissed.

The defendant will have no collateral consequences with her employer. The prosecution claimed that on 28. At 11:20 a.m. in May 2015, police officers in Lowell, Massachusetts, responded to a fight near the John Street garage. The officers watched as a man, our client, punched another man in the face. As officers approached to intervene, the man began shouting, “Fuck the police.” The man`s angry and aggressive behaviour intensified and he began beating and kicking the police. One of the police officers was taken to hospital for treatment of the injuries inflicted by the accused. The man was charged with two counts of assault and assault against a police officer, G.L.

v. 265 Section 13D, Resisting Arrest, G.L. v. 268 Section 32B and Misconduct, G.L. v. 272 Section 53. Today, lawyer Neyman was able to pursue the case without conclusion. If the accused remains safe from criminal problems for a period of time, the charges are dismissed. Many people have heard the phrase “You are under arrest for assault and assault” on television or in movies.

The frequently heard phrase conjures up images of pub fights and parking lot fights. These programs often omit legal definitions of these crimes. Many people do not know that there are two different legal terms of art. Attack is one thing and battery is another. The terms describe two distinct legal concepts with different elements. Some states divide them, while others combine crimes. Cases of assault and assault may also include domestic assault and assault when the parties are married, related, living together or dating. Rapper Flavor Flav (William Drayton) was arrested in various assault and assault cases when he and his girlfriend Elizabeth Trujillo got into an argument and quickly turned physical. When Trujillo`s son intervened, Drayton chased him with two knives. After some negotiations with the Las Vegas District Attorney`s Office, Drayton received a one-year suspended sentence and ordered to take a course on domestic violence. Lawyer Casale argued that the gentleman in this case was an ad loci parent (replacing the parent) and that the action he had taken with regard to the child was nothing but parental discipline, conducted thoughtfully, with reasonable warning, in a manner that had not been conducted with anger and had not caused significant harm to the child. In other words, the Lord had decided, in cooperation and with the participation of the biological mother, that this was how they wanted to discipline their child.
