Suzannah has extensive experience advising UK and overseas companies on the implementation and ongoing operation of their share plans and other capital incentive agreements, both at management level and for the wider workforce. She helps companies design and execute plans to meet tax, legal and governance requirements of best practices, while focusing on effective communication and alignment with business strategy. He works with companies to ensure that plans operate smoothly both in a business-as-usual context and through corporate actions. Olivia is an associate lawyer who works with our lawyers on all aspects of our work with clients.
She joined us after completing a law degree from the University of Sheffield and a master`s degree in international law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Emma specialises in all aspects of UK stock ownership plans, including advising on executive compensation and UK tax-efficient plans, developing new stock ownership plans, developing plan rules and reviewing the legal and tax aspects of plan allocations. Emma also has extensive experience in creating and advising on tax-eligible plans abroad and works closely with our network of foreign lawyers to operate tax-eligible plans in France, Spain, Israel, the United States and other countries. Emma serves a number of our clients including Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Howdens and Hays. Emma has extensive experience in corporate and payroll taxation, having joined Tapestry from Pinsent Masons` tax team. Emma also leads the Employee Stock Ownership Plan Certificate at Tapestry`s Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA). Paul has extensive experience in assisting listed and private companies with their incentive arrangements for executives and all employees, both UK and international. He advises on the design, implementation and operation of incentives, taking into account tax, legal and governance requirements. Sally is a senior partner specializing in all aspects of global equity plans for leading global companies and banks, including advising on global due diligence and securities filings, drafting stock plans and preparing plan documents.
Sally has extensive entrepreneurial and business experience, having trained as a corporate lawyer at an international law firm, and she leads a number of our major global clients, including HSBC, Aviva, Weir Group, Trimble and TripAdvisor. Sally teaches the UK ICSA Certificate in Employee Stock Plans, provides in-house training on Corporate Stock Plans and is co-responsible for the Tapestry Global Compliance Database “OnTap”, which covers legal and tax requirements in over 140 countries. Hannah advises on the implementation and continuation of all types of stock and incentive plans for officers and employees, including the design and implementation of new plans, the management of grants and deadlines under existing plans, and advice on tax and legal matters. She has experience with tax-privileged and non-tax-preferred arrangements and the use of employee trusts. She also advises on the impact of corporate transactions, which can affect a company`s incentive arrangements. Emilie advises on all areas of global employee share ownership plans, with a focus on incentive plans for executives and all employees, plan communication and global legal and tax compliance audits for some of our largest clients. Emilie is also part of our OnTap project team. Emilie joined our legal team after working at the international law firm DLA Piper. Richard is a legal partner who works with our lawyers on all aspects of our work with clients. He joined us after leaving Trinity College, Oxford and completing his GDL, followed by an internship at Weil LLP.
